30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tokcare.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and prepaying return shipping.

  • TOKCARE will refund the value of the returned product.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and final sale:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products purchased through our Custom Order page

  • Custom wedding flowers

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

All custom floral arrangements are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damages, Defects & Warranty Claims

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos and order details.

Valid warranty claims submitted within 30 days of receipt will be honored.

Customers are required to prepay return shipping for warranty claims.
If the warranty claim is approved, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.

Once we receive the returned item, your warranty claim will be processed within 7 business days.

Upon approval, you may choose one of the following:

(a) A refund to your original payment method
(b) A refund issued as store credit
(c) A replacement item (subject to stock availability)


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@tokcare.com.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above.

Custom-made products remain excluded from this policy.
