  • Free standard shipping on orders over $149 (USD).

  • Orders below $149 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $14.99 (USD).

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Custom Orders
Processing time: 10–15 business days
(Custom production begins after order confirmation.)

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, and any additional risks or costs resulting from address modification will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Natural disasters, severe weather, transportation interruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events

While such situations are rare, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving delivery issues.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and order details.

After verification:

  • We will arrange a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund if appropriate.
