These were high quality silk flowers. I was very pleased with them. We used them aa an accent on the arches for a photo area at my Mom’s 90th birthday. They come with ribbon to tie them as well as a clip, but I used large binder clips to attach them to the arches. The photo area turned out beautiful!! 10/10 - I highly recommend!!
